orfix NJB PE flow wrap films lead with brand-owner printed flow packs: rich, durable graphics direct on the pack. They run on both HFFS and VFFS, and add PCR-friendly structures, freezer suitability and high seal strength.
The headline use is brand-owner printed flow packs, with PCR-friendly structures, freezer and low-temperature suitability, high seal strength on the PE seal layer and hot-needle perforation where breathability matters. The films are produced and converted in house at the orfix and NJB facility in Maynooth, Ireland, slit and finished in house and run through strict quality tests, so the reel that reaches your line matches the spec you signed off.

PE is our default for printed flow wrap: rich, durable graphics direct on the pack carry the retail shelf, so the flow wrap does the shelf work.
PCR-friendly, mono-PE direction
Post-consumer recycled content can be integrated where the application allows, percentage agreed individually, on the recyclable mono-PE route where mono streams exist.
HFFS and VFFS, freezer-ready
Runs on horizontal and vertical form-fill-seal, with freezer and low-temperature suitability and high seal strength for secure, leak-resistant packs.

Sustainability, straight
Mono-PE is the recyclable direction where PE collection and recycling streams exist, and it is the clearest of the flow-wrap plastics for integrating post-consumer recycled (PCR) content, which can go into selected PE structures where the application allows, percentage agreed individually.
We are candid about the trade-off: printed and barrier-enhanced structures can complicate recycling compared with a plain mono-PE film, so the more a pack does on print and barrier, the more the end-of-life route needs checking for your local stream. Where the grade qualifies, the film forms part of the orfix GREEN LABEL range.
