As part of the successful succession plan, orfix International GmbH was taken over in November by the Swiss company NICONI AG, represented by its sole owner, Mr Ingolf Planer.
We are very pleased as this reorganisation of the ownership structure lays the foundation for the optimal focus on the requirements of our business partners and on the further strategic growth of the orfix Group.

- Expansion of the range of services in line with our customer requirements
- One hundred percent commitment to investment and further development
- Further expansion of the orfix Group’s European footprint so that we are even closer to our customers
- Clear commitment to our current production sites in Europe
All staff will be taken over and the company headquarters will remain in Radbruch near Hamburg. The contact persons and locations of the orfix subsidiaries in France, Italy, Poland and Serbia will also remain unchanged.
Mr Ingolf Planer will join the management team in January 2024 alongside our Managing Director Mr Ralf Conrad.
