Kildare, November 04, 2025 – orfix International announces the acquisition of the majority of NJB Packaging Ireland, marking a significant milestone in the company’s strategic expansion. From today, NJB will operate under the new name orfix – NJB Packaging, strengthening orfix’s presence in Ireland and the United Kingdom and marking its entry into the Food Packaging sector.
With this acquisition, orfix adds a new dimension to its business, positioning itself as a serious and trusted partner in the food packaging industry and as a key provider of sustainable packaging solutions across Europe. The integration also creates opportunities to serve customers in the Cash Cycle more effectively while building a solid foundation for further growth on the European continent. The combination of forces will not only strengthen orfix but also empower NJB Packaging with new product offerings and global supplier access – enhancing its ability to serve customers.
Lynne Connolly will remain on board as managing director of orfix – NJB Packaging and the Brady family will continue to hold a minority shareholding.
