AG, vertreten durch ihren alleinigen Eigent\u00fcmer, Herrn Ingolf Planer, \u00fcbernommen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wir freuen uns sehr &#8211; legt diese Neuordnung der Eigent\u00fcmerstruktur doch den Grundstein f\u00fcr den optimalen Fokus auf die Anforderungen unserer Gesch\u00e4ftspartner sowie das weitere strategische Wachstum der orfix Gruppe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die wichtigsten Fakten f\u00fcr Sie als unsere gesch\u00e4tzten Kunden und Partner:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>orfix bleibt orfix!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ihre Ansprechpartner, die hohe Kundenorientierung sowie das ausgepr\u00e4gte Qualit\u00e4tsverst\u00e4ndnis bleiben bestehen<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Erweiterung des Dienstleistungsangebots gem\u00e4\u00df den Anforderungen unserer Kunden<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hundertprozentige Verpflichtung zu Investitionen und Weiterentwicklung<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Weiterer Ausbau des europ\u00e4ischen Footprints der orfix Gruppe, damit wir noch n\u00e4her bei unseren Kunden sind<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Klares Bekenntnis zu unseren derzeitigen Produktionsstandorten in Europa<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Das gesamte Personal wird \u00fcbernommen und der Firmensitz bleibt weiterhin in Radbruch bei Hamburg.<br>Auch bei den orfix Tochtergesellschaften in Frankreich, Italien, Polen und Serbien bleiben Ansprechpartner<br>und Standorte unver\u00e4ndert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Herr Ingolf Planer tritt im Januar 2024 neben unserem Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrer, Herrn Ralf Conrad in die Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrung ein.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dank dieser nun eingeschlagenen Vorw\u00e4rtsstrategie sind wir \u00fcberzeugt, Ihre Bed\u00fcrfnisse noch besser abdecken zu k\u00f6nnen und unsere Partnerschaft weiter zu st\u00e4rken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wir freuen
